Katt’s Kottages is located just 10 steps from the beach and centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, activities, and shopping. Each unit is fully air conditioned, and the modern amenities are designed to cater to your every need. Basic supplies – soap, shampoo, dish liquid, utensils, drinking water, linens, bath, and beach towels, and more – are provided as is FREE Wifi. A backup generator ensures you always have continuous power.

Katt and Matt were the most congenial hosts, and our cottage was perfect in every way.
We had the one-bedroom cottage behind the main building with a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Our outdoor patio was shady in the afternoon, providing relief from June’s hot afternoon sun. I’ve been to Bimini before on fishing trips, and this was my first visit there with my wife. We shun fancy resorts, preferring to mix with locals and experience their culture. This neighborhood lived up to our expectations. We felt safe and comfortable, and the locals were polite and welcoming. We’ll be back soon.
